Production

With our extensive manufacturing capabilities, we can handle almost all machining tasks in all machinable materials, utilizing a constantly updated machine park with which we can perform 5-axis milling as well as vertical and horizontal 4-axis milling via pallet change.

Our cylindrical machining facility is equally well-equipped. Here, we machine a wide variety of parts using lathes with "C" and "Y" axes. If required, these parts receive their final finishing on CNC cylindrical grinding machines, both internally and externally. Non-circular, polygonal, and multi-sided profiles, as well as rotationally symmetrical shapes, are common requirements.

Assembly

We are also happy to offer you the manufacturing and assembly of complete modules. From the production of individual components to the assembly of the modules and surface treatment, right through to the finishing by painting, powder coating and all electroplating processes.
